Barack Obama's presidential candidacy claiming he doesn't meet U.S. residency requirements had a motion for a temporary restraining order denied Friday. A day earlier, Philip Berg filed a motion for a temporary restraining order in federal court in Philadelphia questioning the authenticity of Obama's Hawaii birth certificate and claiming the Illinois senator was actually born in Kenya, according to court papers.
